Movement 6: Crossed-Arms Waving
A: Title
The Movement of Crossed-Arms Waving for Easing Mind, in the short title as The Movement of Crossed-Arms Waving, or Crossed-Arms Waving.
B: Abstract
- Harmonize your finger's activities.
- Dredge the heart's blood circulation channels.
- Improve your vital capacity and clear your throat.
- Your mind can be peaceful.
C: Methods
- Squat your body 15 degrees. Lift up and cross your lower arms in front of your chest. The left hand is outward and the right hand is inward. Two palms are upright. The fingertips are perpendicular to the wrists. Go down your elbows with fingers stretched loosely. Move your right thumb toward the front of the left breast. And move your left thumb toward the front of the right breast. The eyes look ahead horizontally. Tongue tip touches the ridge of upper teeth slightly. Open your mouth slightly. Breathe in nature. The whole body takes no force.
- Count nine numbers silently. Press your hands one time for each count. After counting nine numbers, wait quietly for the coming of Original Chi. While activating the Original Chi, the vibration starts from fingers and to hands, arms, and shoulders. The vibration starts in microwaving and expands like the electricity goes through your arms and whole body. The vibration lasts for thirty seconds.
- Hold on your left hand and move your right hand outward ahead to cross your left hand. Move your right thumb toward the front of the left breast. Then move your left thumb toward the front of the right breast. Repeat steps 1 to 2. It takes time for thirty seconds, too.
D: Remarks
- The function of waving crossed arms can ease your mind.
- The Fire palace (means the heart) is in harmony.
- The Metal palace (means the lungs) is in ease and smooth.
