Movement 15: Back Carrying
A: Title
The Movement of Carrying Silk Spool on the Back, in the short title as The Movement of Back Carrying.
B: Methods
The feet align with the edges of outer shoulders. The arms stretched outward the back 45 degrees. The wrists are curled backward. The hands' posture is like carrying objects on the back. The fingers are curled upward. Bend the body 25 degrees. The eyes look ahead. Straighten your head. Its form is like carrying silk spools on the back . See Picture 16. This movement takes the method of inner sight. This method is to look at the Baihui acupoint first, and then lead the Chi down through the Yuzhen, Jiaji and Taillu. In turn, lead to the lower abdomen, up to the Huang Ting, Chonglou, and into Baihui again, over and over again.
This is a method of Chi activation, but not the method of Big River Cart. Please do not miss the points. In addition, this method does not make the Heng Ha sounds, but activates Chi by looking for insight and mind luring. You will be aware of that by yourself after long exercising. Thousands of words do not explain it completely. This movement is suitable for symptoms of kidney deficiency and light back pains. For a heavy illness, you should go to the hospital to take inspections and see a doctor.
If you do not take the method of Chi activation, you can make your heels up and down for nine times to activate your spine and backs, and promote the circulation of Chi and blood.
