A: Title

B: Methods
The feet align with the edges of outer shoulders. Then squat your body and jump up immediately. The left leg takes a step ahead and bows leg while jumping up. The toes align upright with the heels. The ankles are perpendicular to the knees. The right leg stretches out backward and the toes shift outward 45 degrees. The ankles should not be skewed and should be upright.
