Movement 20: Arms Swaying

A: Title

The Movement of Swaying Flowers by the Wind, or in the short title as Arms Swaying.

B: Methods

The feet aligne with the edges of outer shoulders. The arms hang down straight beside the legs. The fingers are stretched out naturally and not limited to any form. Vibrate your spine and back. Relax your two arms and crotches without clamping your groin. While exercising the Movement of Force Sustaining of Waitankung, stand the pillar in the position and float your two hands up gradually by your heart force without formality . See Picture 20.

It is really fantastic that you will experience that your body is floating in the air. Your whole nerves are so easy and smooth. You can not buy this joyness even if you have a lot of money. After floating up your hands to the same level of your shoulders, your body has already turned to the left 90 degrees. The knees are bending slightly. The hip is like sitting on a high chair. The eyes look ahead horizontally. The movement takes three activities simultaneously.

  1. Vibrate your spine and back. And turn your waist pillar left 90 degrees and then in turn the right move. That is, turning left 90 degrees and then turning back to the right 90 degrees.
  2. While floating your hands up to the same level of your shoulders, it also takes the vibration without losing your mind. Otherwise, you have to take it on purpose.
  3. Your lower abdomen is in the state of concave and convex interchangeably. This movement belongs to one of the Arms Swaying Calisthenics. It is also called Up and Down the Abdomen Breathing Calisthenics. This movement is suitable for the symptoms of laziness, lacking energy, and chest tightness.
