Movement 4: Head Turning (Left)
A: Title
The Movement of Head Turning of Big Wild Goose (Left), in short title as The Movement of Head Turning (Left).
B: Methods
- The feet keep still. The body straightens up but with squatting slightly. The arms stretch outward toward the shoulders. Lift your palms straight up. Open your thumbs outward. Place your wrists at the same level of the shoulders. Turn your head to the left side and look at the index finger of your left hand. See Picture 04. Mind the belly of the index finger of your left hand. Breathe naturally.
- This movement is divided into the left move and the right move. It belongs to one of the Sight Calisthenics. Last about 20 seconds till feeling the Chi (air) reaching the index finger of the left hand. Then turn your head back upright.
