A: Title

The Movement of Head Turning of Big Wild Goose (Right), in short title as The Movement of Head Turning (Right).

B: Methods

  1. Stay still then turn your head toward the right side and look at the index finger of your right hand. The index finger has a Zhongchong acupoint belonging to the Pericardium meridian. The index finger connects to the heart. This movement can make the heart and mind interact and ease the gallbladder. Last about 20 seconds, too. Then turn your head back upright.
