Movement 3: Arms Fluttering

A: Title

The Movement of Arms Fluttering and Toes Lifting up, in the short title as The Movement of Arms Fluttering, or Arms Fluttering.

B: Abstract

It can harmonize the exercising capability for your legs and arms. It can ease the tendons of legs and arms. And finally, it can promote health for middle and old-aged people.

C: Methods

  1. Lift up your arms aside in the same level of shoulders. Straighten your arms and palms face up with fingers stretched loosely. Lift up your toes and straighten your legs. The eyes look ahead horizontally. See Picture 04. Two lips are touched together slightly and the tongue tip touches the ridge of upper teeth.
  2. Count 9 numbers silently. For each count, lift up your toes, bend your fingers backward, and press your palms upward. It is called pressing palms and bending fingers (abbreviated  as pressing palms) and taking them 9 times.
  3. After pressing palms for 9 times, wait for the coming of Original Chi. While activating the Original Chi, it vibrates slightly starting from fingers and expanding to hands, arms,  shoulders and your back. Counting 9 numbers and pressing palms and lifting up fingers can help to activate the Original Chi. The Original Chi can pass upward through the arms, just like fluent electricity passing through the whole body. It is really amazing.
  4. The arms vibration can last for thirty seconds or more. You should breathe naturally without adding any methods of respiration.

D: Remarks

  1. Stretch your arms like the wings.
  2. Lift your toes up.
  3. Ten fingers can open your intestines smoothly.
  4. The legs are spry and agile by then.
