Movement 4: Fists Circling

A: Title

The Secret Movement of Folding Fingers to Fist, in the short title as The Movement of Fists Circling, or Fists Circling.

B: Abstract

  1. Harmonize the activities of your arms, stomach and intestines.
  2. Open your chest, mind, stomach and intestines to promote your digestion and to improve your diet.

C: Methods

  1. Fold your two thumbs into your palms at first, then fold your index fingers, 3rd, 4th and 5th fingers into two fists. Move your fingers back toward your ears horizontally and mapping to the shoulders. Expand your elbows outward to your shoulders at the same level. Straighten your legs and bend the knees slightly. Your eyes look ahead horizontally. Breathe naturally. Two lips and the teeth touch slightly. The tongue tip touches the ridge of the upper teeth slightly as usual. See Picture 05.
  2. Only turn your fists back and forth while the other arm parts stay still. It is enough to turn your fists nine times.  Then wait quietly for the coming of Original Chi. The fists will make little circles automatically above your shoulders while activating the Original Chi. The fists turn around the ears continuously without stoppings, just like getting in the electricity. Make fists circling for thirty seconds or more.

D: Remarks

  1. The arms are agile.
  2. Your chest is open and broad-minded.
  3. Your energy and blood circulate smoothly without obstacles.
  4. Your spirit is refreshed and invigorated.
