I-Ching states that "As Heaven's movement is ever vigorous, so must a gentleman ceaselessly strive along." The firm and unawaking will, the wisdom of exploring the unbounding and subtle world, and the achievement of great and hard business that all demand robust and strong health. Therefore, the ancient man hung bows and arrows on the door to encourage all the people to maintain health care and to follow the rules of magnifying energies by accumulated exercises. This is a good example deserved to follow.
In industrial society nowadays, humans live in a nervous and busy life with cautious steps, and neglect physical and mental exercises. This will result in over-burning and getting seriously ill. Waitankung is an exercise created and accumulated by ancient masters. It combines martial arts, medicine and Tao spirits to fuse together in a harmonious way.
