The Preliminary Movement of Waitankung

(Notes: There are three lessons. Each lesson has four movements and it turns out to be 12 movements in total.)

A: Title

The Preliminary Movement of Waitankung, in the short title as The Preliminary Movement.

B: Abstract

Regulating the breathing and promoting the circulation of Chi and blood  within the whole body without obstacles.

C: Methods

  1. Stand toward the East. Two legs align with the edges of inner shoulders.
  2. The whole body takes no force.
  3. Breathe in nature, clear your mind, and smooth your heart.
  4. Hang down two arms aside by two legs. Two arm backs are toward the front side. Ten fingers are stretched loosely out. The second hand fingers are upright slightly. Straighten your head up. The tongue tip touches the ridge of the upper teeth. Two lips and teeth are in touch slightly. Two eyes look ahead horizontally. To wait your hands quietly to activate Original Chi.

Exercise Reactions:

You should stop vibrating by your will when your body gets into a violent vibration state. You should take a walk after the vibration stops. You can exercise again the next day. You should endure the discomfort and the pains relapsed by the old illness while exercising. You can return to normal after two weeks and your old illness can be relieved by then. 

When you see extraordinary scenes, you can ask for help from your couch and have strong confidence in your couch.

D: Exercise Times

You can take only five minutes when you start exercising Waitankung. You then can last the time to one and half an hour or even longer to exercise at Waitankung day by day. The time you take is up to your condition.

E: Remarks

  1. Stand straight and hang down your hands.
  2. The body holds on without any force.
  3. Be calm and peaceful for your mind and bones.
  4. Finally it activates the Original Chi.
