Movement 11: Waist Bending (Right)
A: Title
The Movement of Waist Bending (Right).
B: Methods
Bending your upper body ahead downward 90 degrees. Make your right fist with the fist eye toward ahead and the fist fingers touching down on the ground. Stretch and touch your right arm down on the ground gradually while sounding Heng in the meanwhile. Make your left fist and bend your elbow while hanging down your left fist under the left knee with the fist eye toward ahead. The eyes look ahead and the head is upward. The two knees also can be bent. See Picture 11.
Lift up your upper body upright and take back your two fists while exhaling and sounding Ha to move the Chi back to your lower abdomen. And hand down your hands beside your thighs naturally.
This movement belongs to the Heng Ha Calisthenics. It can make and activate the tendons, meridians, and the crotch bones of your legs. It can make your chest open and smooth. Straightening up your head can open your internal organs.
When exercising this movement of Waitankung, your fist touches down on the ground while sounding Heng, and you stand up while sounding Ha.
