A: Title
The Movement of Pulling Grass (Right).
B: Methods
Move your left hand back beside your left leg. Stand up straight. Bend your body and head toward the ground vertically. Your two elbows align with your two knees. Stretch out your two arms downward. The fingers are stretched out loosely toward the feet back. Lift up your hips. Straighten your neck. Look at your groins. Sound Heng while bending your body and moving your fingers toward the feet back, with the palms being opposite to each other.
Then lift up your head and arms. Stretch your right hand upward from your right ear while turning your right palm toward left. Squat your body and look ahead horizontally. Stretch your left hand toward the ground with the left palm toward right while sounding Ha.
