Movement 2: Arms Arching (1)-Hugging the Moon
A: Title
The Movement of Supporting Heaven and Hugging the Moon, in the short title as The Movement of Arms Arching (1)-Hugging the Moon
B: Methods
- At the same position, two feet are shifted outward 180 degrees in a horizontal line. This method can open your crotches. The external kidneys (testicles) fall down naturally. The Chi will flow upward through the Dumai on the back of the upper body. The feet shifting in one line is one of natural calisthenics. The ankles should not be skewed, while keeping them to be upright. The hearts of feet step on the ground fitting tightly. The legs are straight up.
- The arms hug each other in front of the abdomen, while the left palm is up and the right palm touches on the back of the left palm. The fingers are stretched out loosely. The shoulders are moving toward ahead. The thumbs are bending down. See Pictures 02. The posture is like hugging the moon. Breathe naturally. Then it should take the Heng Ha Calisthenics.
