Movement 7: Body Slanting (Right)
A: Title
The Movement of Walking on the Ice against the Headwind (Right), in the short title as The Movement of Body Slanting (Right).
B: Methods
The left foot shifts outward 45 degrees. Then lift up the left heel and the right foot takes a step forward on the front right with slanting the body 25 degrees ahead and heading still. At the same time, hug your hands on the lower abdomen, while putting the right hand on the navel and putting the left hand on the back of the right hand. In addition, pull up your spine and back. The nose inhales but the lower abdomen is sunken. Let the Chi attach to your back tightly. The nose sounds Heng slightly. The eyes look at the ground downward. See Picture 07.
After attaching the Chi to your back, move your right foot back to the original position and stand straight up while sounding Ha to exhale the Chi to the mouth. Noting that exhaling from your lower abdomen means to send back the Chi on your spine to your lower abdomen, likes respiration. While standing up, your arms hang down beside your two thighs naturally.
C: Remarks
The movement should be soft and not quick and hard. While attaching the Chi to the back, the whole body should not take any force everywhere.D: Photos
