Movement 9: Basket Swinging
A: Title
The Movement of Basket Swinging.
B: Methods
Move your left foot a step outward aligned with the edges of outer shoulders. Squat your body slightly. The eyes look ahead horizontally. Open and Lift up your two arms to the same level of your shoulders, but go down your shoulders slightly. Two palms are opposite to each other. This method has two activities, one is that palms are turned down toward the ground, and the other one is that palms are opposite to each other. Fingers are stretched out loosely. Your eyes are smiling. Open your crotches. Two feet plant into the ground. Two hands like to hug a big (hollow) ball.
Swinging your hands driven by your body. The left side first and then the right side. Sound Ha one time for each swinging. After exercising the Waitankung, you can not sound Ha. Sounding Ha is a secret method for the Movement of Central Pillar after exercising the Movement of Force Sustaining. The body can be exquisite and consolidated into one unit. Helping by swinging your body, this movement can activate all acupoints and meridians in the body, make Chi and blood circulated smoothly, make tendons and bones soft, and make the feeling vigorous. The acting form of Basket Swinging is like rice filtering. The Movement of Body Slanting belongs to the Calisthenics of Attaching The Chi to the Back, which might cause the condensation for Chi and blood. It can be relieved and helped by the method of Basket Swinging. Two legs should plant into the ground while swinging your body.
