The Movement of Squatted Swinging (1).

B: Methods

The movement applies the knees' force. The knees are bent but hold on without leaning.
Close your feet together. Squat your upper body in half or in slightness. The knees are bent forward. The body is relaxed and straight. The eyes look ahead horizontally. The fists hold tight. The feet thrust into the ground. The crotches are opened slightly. The two hand backs swing ahead while starting from the side of legs to the level of the shoulders. The body is swaying ahead.
