C: The part of acupuncture 

C1: Sizhukong (絲竹空)

Sizhukong (絲竹空) is at the outer edge of the tip of the eyebrow. The hollow orifice sinks down on it. There are two acupoints for both the left side and right side.

Acupuncture: Treating the diseases of trachoma and unable to see clearly.

Meridian: Within Bladder

Function: It can prevent being unable to see by massaging this acupoint.

C2: Zanzhu (攢竹)

Zanzhu (攢竹) is in the end frame at the inner side of the eyebrow. It is near the concave area. There are two acupoints for both the left side and the right side. 

Acupuncture: It can treat the diseases of walleye, lack of vision, tears being too much, etc..

Meridian: Within Bladder

Function: It can prevent the lack of vision.

C3: Tongziliao (瞳子髎)

Tongziliao (瞳子髎) is at the ending part of the striation of outer corner of the eye. There are two acupoints for both the left side and the right side. 

Acupuncture: It can treat the diseases of keratitis, retinitis, optic atrophy, etc..

Meridian: Within Gallbladder

Function: It can prevent retinitis, optic atrophy , etc..

C4: Jingming (睛明)

Jingming (睛明) is at the inner corner of the eye. 

Acupuncture: It can treat the diseases of poor vision, optic atrophy, etc..

Meridian: Within Bladder (related to the Jingming)

Function: It can prevent poor vision and so on.

C5: Jingzhong (睛中)

Jingzhong (睛中) is at the center of pupil within the eye socket. It is at the inner corner of the eye. There are two acupoints for both the left side and the right side. This is an acupoint to hardly make acupuncture.

Acupuncture: It can treat the diseases of any cataract, being unable to see, etc..

Meridian: Within Bladder (related to the Jingming)

Function: It can prevent eye diseases. You should massage this acupoint gently without hard force.

C6: Upper edge of the eye socket (眶上緣)

Upper edge of the eye socket (眶上緣) is called eye socket generally.

C7: Lower edge of the eye socket (眶下緣)

Lower edge of the eye socket (眶下緣) is called eye socket generally.

The eye socket is an area starting from the Jingming and going through the path starting from the big corner of the eye upward left and right to make a circle.

Function: It can prevent poor vision and so on by massaging the upper and lower edge of the eye socket.

C8: The bridge of nose

The bridge of the nose is generally called the nose. The bridge of the nose is between the eyebrows (eyebrow heart). You should massage  starting from the eyebrow heart and pushing your fingers on it upward and downward interchangeably. 

Meridian: Within Dumai and Lung. The nose is within the Lung, therefore the bridge of the nose is also within the Lung.

Function: It can make the respiration of the nose easy. It also can make the circulation of Chi and blood easy and smooth around the eyes.

C9: Kouheliao (禾髎(口禾髎))

Kouheliao (禾髎(口禾髎)) are upright on the nostrils which are at the place of  separating outward 5 cuns (the measurement of the Chinese Medicine) from the philtrum. There are two acupoints for both the left side and the right side.

Meridian: Within Large Intestine

Function: It can dredge and relieve nasal congestion.

C10: Yankou (燕口)

The Yankou (燕口) are at the corner of mouth. There are two acupoints for both the left side and the right side.

Function: It can dredge and guide the intestine and the spleen.

C11: Chengjiang (承漿)

The Chengjiang (承漿) is underneath the chin within the central line. That is , it is at the concave place within the upper lip. It only has one acupoint.

Meridian: It is at the crosspoint of Dumai and Renmai.

Function: It can dredge and guide the heart and chest.

C12: The acupoints around the ear

The acupoints around the ear include tragus, earlobe, and helix. 

C13: The part of tragus

The Xinyan (新眼) is a lump on the middle of the ear within the tragus. It is at the center point outside of the front ear, which is near to the nasal part of the ear. There are two acupoints for both the left side and the right side.

Acupuncture: It can treat eye diseases.

Meridian: Within Small Intestine

Function: It can prevent eye diseases.

一、簡介 張志通大師天津市人，民國九年十二月一日生，父鴻勳公，信奉回教，曾任教長，母韓氏，九歲喪父，賴母扶養成人，大師聰慧過人，七歲入小學、天津師範學校畢業，從常振榮大師學習彈腿，拜張銳為師，學習五行通臂拳，後經銳師介紹再投入張喆名下，傳授五行通臂拳，十年苦修，技藝精進，遂有傑出成就，民國三十五年曾任天津國術館長大力推行國術運動，名震天津，三十七年十二月時局緊迫，大師奉銳師命攜丹功秘笈來台。 三十八年秋任職台北縣九份國小，因瑞芳地區多雨，氣候潮濕，大師疾病纏身，遂啟錦盒按丹冊練功，半年恢復健康，經十八年苦修，丹功已有所成就。五十六年調永和頂溪國小，再經十二年苦修，累計共苦煉三十年，外內丹功大成。之後開始教導學生彈腿，公開傳授丹功，習者日眾，後竟遍及全省家喻戶曉，練功者眾，曾達三百萬人，對造福社會大眾功績至偉。 本文即是張志通大師，所創之外丹功十二式功架之列表，並將在其在文章中分別詳細說明各式的練法。 外丹功是一門古遠就存在的功法，傳下來的共有15式，傳承至張志通大師後，張大師只公開傳授12式。經咨詢請教張大師親傳入室弟子蘇慶忠總幹事，有關外丹功十二式的式名與式序如下： 張志通大師所公開傳授的外丹功十二式，第一式為預備式，第十二式為健壯步履仙鶴功又名大仙鶴步功，但此式不包括小仙鶴步功。 小仙鶴步功不屬於外丹功12式，但確實是屬於外丹功功法中的一部份。 小仙鶴步功是為了取代「（正統的）散功」，亦即在練完外丹功12式後，要將身上的熱氣散開，要讓翻騰的氣息能夠調和平靜下來，以備進行下一個功法。當然，小仙鶴步功的功用不僅僅是散功而已，還能生成更多的好處，也就是說，已將很多的好東西包括進來。 小仙鶴步是練習外丹功12式後，要接著練的功法，所以仍舊要明確表示出來，但為避免與外丹功12式的式號（或式序）有所混淆，所以設定如下：式名：小仙鶴步功；式序：散步式。 張大師說：預備式在發動先天氣…外丹功十二式不外行氣（大師資料分享，黃國展堂記，摘自外內丹功雜誌第五期 72.8），又劉泰造理事長也說：預備式主要煉先天氣（精工之法-漢導引和外丹功預備式示範觀摩及講解，103年度台南市中華外內丹功運動協會會員大會，2014年9月13日）。上述的資料可以進行如下的理解：預備式主要是在發動先天炁，也就是，預備式在煉養先天炁，但因為預備式在發動先天炁後，先天炁亦會流遍全身，故也會行氣使用運行先天炁。 ...

丹發霞光通日月，炁生靈彩貫乾坤 中華外內丹功開台宗師 張志通大師遺囑，中華民國八十五年二月二十五日上午七時，於台南鹿耳門中華外內丹功道館，收錄於《 世界丹功宗師張志通大師箴言集(一) 》。 今天召集各位，因為我有話要講。我活著是名言，我走了，就算是遺言吧！ 道館從七十四年奠基到現在已十有餘年，在此十年中，大家不眠不休為道館服務，任勞任怨沒有爭執，我深受感動。 蓋道館完成歷史任務，是大家的福份。道館已蓋起來，大陸同道反應，回教國家也有反應。馬來西亞、印尼和新加玻，他們都熱衷外丹功活動，將來我們外丹功要派那些人出去服務？目前印尼需要我們同道支援，大馬需要我們同道支援，究竟給我們多少，他們沒講，我們也不能計較。 我們道館到此程度，應該是恭賀新禧。我們裏邊並沒有安定，等安定後我再推動，要看我們安定的時間來做決定。 你們幾位外丹功的生力軍，我想時間還沒到，暫且不推動，需要等一點時間，我們要像抗戰打了八年才完成。將來派各位到大陸上各地看看，那個時間去，要找良好的機會。 師門弟子 孫傑三、廉朝棟、林慶雲、蘇慶忠、邱玉嬌、楊秀美、張坤明 等含淚謹記。
