Movement 9: Body Trembling
A: Title
The Movement of Force Sustaining by Mind Fostering, in the short title as The Movement of Body Trembling, or Body Trembling.
B: Abstract
Harmonize the nervous emotions in work. It can stabilize your emotion to make the internal organs in peace and the heart in harmony. Then, it can naturally get the function of force sustaining by your mind.
C: Methods
- Squat your body 25 or 45 degrees. Hold back your tailbone. Widen your chest without protruding outward. Bending your spine slightly. Relax your lower abdomen like cottons. Open your crotches. Straighten up your head. The tongue tip touches the ridge of the upper teeth. The upper and lower teeth are in touch with each other slightly. The eyes look ahead horizontally. Breathe naturally.
- Stretch your arms ahead in front of your chest horizontally. Two palms are outward and the fingertips are upward. Two elbows fall down slightly. The backs of fingers and hand face to your shoulders. See Picture 10. Count nine numbers silently. Press hands one time for each count. After counting nine numbers, wait quietly for the coming of Original Chi. After activating the Original Chi, it vibrates your bones. It gets better by more vibrations. The vibration can last thirty seconds. You can stop by your force of mind.
D: Remarks
- Your whole body can take the benefits by force sustaining while easing your heart and mind.
- The bone segments can be opened and passed through by the Chi smoothly.
