E: Face part massage illustrated
E1: Sizhukong (絲竹空)
Your two thumb bellies hold up your chin and your palms face toward your face. Put down your two elbow tips on the table. Two palms are opposite to each other. Ten fingers are stretched out. Massage the the Sizhukong (絲竹空) acupoints by your two bellies of your middle finger 9 times. If you are standing up, the elbows are attached to the chest. See Picture 01.

E2: Zanzhu (攢竹)
Move your two bellies of your middle fingers to Zanzhu (攢竹) acupoints and massage them 9 times. See Picture 02.

E3: Tongziliao (瞳子髎)
Move your two bellies of your middle fingers to Tongziliao (瞳子髎) acupoints and massage them 9 times. See Picture 02.

E4: Jingming (睛明)
Move your two bellies of your middle fingers to Jingming (睛明) acupoints and massage them 9 times. See Picture 04.

E5: Jingzhong (睛中)
Move your two bellies of your middle fingers to massage the eye socket a round 9 times starting from the inner corner of the eye. See Picture 05.

E6-E7: Upper and Lower edge of the eye socket (眶上下緣)
Move your two bellies of your middle fingers to the inner corner of your eye near the place between the eyebrows. Students can close their eyes. Massaging is along the upper edge of the eye socket and then along the lower edge of the eye socket to take a round. You should do it 9 rounds. Then open your eyes. See Picture 06.

E8: The bridge of nose
Move your two bellies of your middle fingers under the place between the eyebrows while being closed to the bridge of the nose. The fingers massage along the bridge of the nose downward to the nostrils, and upward to the place between the eyebrows. Going upward and downward is to be a round. You should take 9 rounds. See Picture 07.

E9: Kouheliao (禾髎(口禾髎))
Move two bellies of your middle fingers to the Kouheliao (禾髎(口禾髎)) acupoints. Massage your nasal holes 9 times. See Picture 08.

E10: Yankou (燕口)
Move two bellies of your middle fingers to the Yankou (燕口) acupoints. Massage these two acupoints 9 times. See Picture 09.

E11: Chengjiang (承漿)
Move two bellies of your middle fingers closed together to the Chengjiang (承漿) acupoint. Massage this acupoint 9 times. See Picture 10.

E12: The acupoints around the ear
Making massage or not of the acupoints around the ear including tragus, earlobe, and helix is up to you. Here is not presenting these reference pictures.
E13: The part of tragus
Start the nocking massaging by your two bellies of your middle fingers starting from the chin, then upward to the cheekbones, and to the Xinyan (新眼) acupoint within the tragus. Then massage the Xinyan (新眼) acupoints 9 times. See Picture 11.
